It seems that these photo's were taken without the knowledge or consent of Prince William of Katie as they were sunbathing in private.
Now, in a flurry of controversy, three different countries are publishing the photos Despite the Royal family requesting that they NOT be published.
The Royal family has fired back with Civil and Criminal actions to STOP the publications of these photo's.
SOAR Opinion: If the Royal family DOES NOT want these photos published, The RIGHT thing to do would be to HALT and no longer publish them.
Other stars have had similar incidents with the paparazzi lurking near their private quarters to catch whatever they can catch off or on..
Janet Jackson had full nude shots of her published as SHE was out in the sun in a private place.
Do they have the Right to say STOP??
Yes, but in THIS culture and society people have no respect for that kind of thinking and with such a presence on the internet its almost impossible to NOW keep them from going ALL over the world.
In fact, the pics are all over blogs, porn sites, Nude celebrity sites and the like. Its unavoidable now.
I would suggest the Royal couple learn from this incident and take no more chances of nudity outside despite a given right to privacy.
Its hard to live in privacy JUST being the Prince of England!! So why give anyone even a slight chance to see you or your family nude at all??
Now in NO WAY do we think the Royal couple has done anything wrong..But some things are best avoided and some lessons are learned by silence immediately followed by finding new ways to tan nude.
The magazines that are publishing these pics should respect the wishes of The Prince and his Wife, I agree..but Come on..in THIS culture of nudity, scandals and a general lack of respect for privacy?
The Advise is :
Its all over the internet by now anyway, and the 200+ other photos will be leaked (for the right amount of money).
Learn from your mistakes and act like you don't care. You can TAKE the "Power" from these sleaze bags if you act as if you simply don't care.
